Manitoba Neuroscience Network Speaker Bureau

Speaker Sign-Up Form

Welcome to the Manitoba Neuroscience Network's Speaker Bureau. To volunteer to present neuroscience talks to a lay audience (schools, community clubs, charitable organizations, etc.), please fill out the information below. Note that volunteering to present talks on topics of your choice does not require a commitment on your part to present these topics whenever requested. We know you're all busy people and we'd like you to accept outreach opportunities when they fit within your schedule, but you can always turn down those that don't.

Please also use this form to update the information we have on file, if you've already previously volunteered. We want to ensure that the speaker bureau page presents our most up-to-date information to the public, so please let us know if your title, position, or talk titles change.

To submit a picture to include with your profile on the Speaker Bureau web page, or to update your picture, please send it to us by e-mail at www@scrc.umanitoba.ca in whatever format you have. JPEG-format images under 1 MB in size are preferred. We will resize and crop the photos to fit the standard size we use for all profiles.

The Manitoba Neuroscience Network (MNN) is an initiative formed to enhance coordination, efficiency and clinical application of neuroscience discovery in Manitoba. It is managed by the Winnipeg Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience. Our speaker bureau furthers the WCSN's three main objectives: advancing the understanding of the nervous system, promoting neuroscience education, and informing the public about our research.
